Alarming evidence shows hundreds of millions of dollars flowing from Bill Gates’ foundation to 11 of the 26 organizations that publicly opposed and attacked Elon Musk’s offer to purchase Twitter and restore free speech on the social platform.

These 11 anti-Musk organizations signed an open letter last month that warned Twitter advertisers to boycott Twitter if Musk gains control.

The money was traced back to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation through research and analysis using the newly-formed Foundation for Freedom Online (FFO).

This foundation enables the public to analyze public filings. A report found that hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions from the letter signatories came from Gates.

Gates, who is an outspoken advocate of increased censorship online, also engaged in a public feud against Musk.

Recently, Gates revealed that he has a $500 million short position against Musk-owned Tesla. Gates hypocritically claims to care about the environment while publicly opposing Telsa, which is one of the companies doing the most the combat climate change by selling electric cars.

Gates has frequently called on tech companies to do more to stop “health misinformation.” After Musk’s bid to buy Twitter succeeded, Gates shamefully claimed that Musk “could make Twitter worse.”

In response, Gates says he plans to set up his own 3,000-person social media team to “help propagate accurate vaccine information in the future.” He wants there to be “good messages” from “people of trust in the community, such as political and ethnic leaders.”

Among the companies receiving funds from Gates, the New Venture Fund monetarily supported four of the signatories, including The Center for Media Justice, The Media Democracy Fund, The National Hispanic Media Coalition (via the Media Democracy Fund), and Accountable Tech.

The Tides Foundation funded five of the signatories, including Free Press, Indivisible, NARAL Pro-Choice America, Media Matters, and Black Lives Matter Global Network.

Two signatories funded by the Gates Foundation included Empowering Pacific Islanders Community (funded by Gates-backed Community Partners) and Reproaction (a project of Gates-backed NEO Philanthropy).

The media is accused of covering up for Gates who was found repeatedly meeting with Jeffrey Epstein even after Epstein was a convicted sex offender.

In an email from 2011, Gates admitted that he found Epstein’s lifestyle “very different” and “kind of intriguing.” After 27 years of marriage, Melinda Gates said Bill’s connection with the “abhorrent” Epstein led to their divorce.

Gates reportedly met with Epstein on numerous occasions, including at least three times at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse. During one occasion, the two billionaires stayed up late into the night.

Prior to spending time together, Epstein had already plead guilty and was convicted in 2008 of procuring a 14-year-old child for prostitution and of soliciting a prostitute. He served almost 13 months in custody.

This plea deal was controversial because Epstein plead guilty to only two crimes while federal officials had identified 36 girls whom Epstein had allegedly sexually abused. In 2019, Epstein was arrested again on federal charges for the sex trafficking of minors in Florida and New York.

Musk threatens to reverse Gates’ strongly desired censorship policies — and now faces the wrath of Gates-funded NGOs.

Recently, Musk asked his 94 million Twitter followers to uncover the funding behind the 26 NGOs who signed an intimidation letter threatening to destroy the company’s advertising revenue if Musk reversed its censorship policies.

Musk followed up his request by highlighting one particular shadowy group, Accountable Tech, musing: “I wonder who funds them”.

His curiosity was prompted by a Washington Free Beacon investigation into Accountable Tech, which sought to get to the bottom of the nonprofit’s financial sponsorship. The Free Beacon visited Accountable Tech’s corporate office in Washington and concluded the organization doesn’t “actually exist.”

Rather, “Accountable Tech” was merely a “registered trade [name] for the North Fund, a shape-shifting nonprofit group that uses aliases to push an array of left-wing causes from a shell office in Washington, D.C.”
